1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Promzi — including the web dashboard at promzi.app and the Promzi Chrome extension ("the Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Promzi. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Promzi is a browser-native prompt collection and organisation tool. It consists of:

• Chrome Extension — a browser extension that allows you to capture prompts, images, and text from any web page
• Web Dashboard — a web application where you can view, organise, filter, and reuse your saved prompts across 10 categories

Promzi is provided "as is" and may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use Promzi, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Promzi is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Promzi, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Obligations

By using Promzi, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to store, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Chrome extension in an automated fashion to scrape websites at scale
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of the prompts, images, and other content you save to your Promzi vault. By saving content to Promzi, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Third-Party Content

When you save content from third-party platforms (e.g. Pinterest, Instagram), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use that content. Promzi is a personal organisation tool and is not intended to facilitate copyright infringement.

5.3 Promzi Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and documentation related to Promzi is owned by Promzi or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of Promzi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMZI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Promzi at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Promzi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
